About the team

Our Client combines a leading behavioral health database with AI-powered analytics and digital solutions to advance evidence generation and fuel innovation. Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Data Product Manager (Quality & Analytics) with expertise in data science, data analytics, data engineering, and/or data quality, and a strong technical understanding of data to join its team.


As Senior Technical Data Product Manager (Quality & Analytics), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of our Client’s data. Leveraging your background in data science, data analytics, and/or data engineering, and strong technical skills, you will own initiatives to enhance data quality, drive informed decision-making, and contribute to improving overall behavioral health outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to shape the roadmap of Client’s data products, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding across your team and the entire organization.

The successful candidate will join a diverse team, located in various locations across the world, that is dedicated to our mission to address the unmet need in behavioral healthcare.

This position is open to a hybrid setting (New York or Singapore).

Salary expectations (package: +/- $192,000 based on experience)

1. Data Quality Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy for behavioral health data quality, aligning with our commitment to advancing behavioral healthcare.
  • Define a clear vision for data quality initiatives, incorporating ethical considerations, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance in the US healthcare sector.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with clinical behavioral health professionals, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

3. Data Quality Initiatives:

  • Define and prioritize data quality initiatives based on internal and external customer needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic business considerations.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the successful implementation of data quality features.

4. Analytics Product Features:

Collaborate with the NeuroBlu (our data analytics platform product) team to contribute insights and features from an analytics dashboard perspective.

Ensure that data-driven features align with overall product goals and enhance the user experience.

5. Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Utilize your expertise in data science, data analytics, and/or data engineering, and your strong technical understanding of data, to analyze and interpret behavioral health data.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to extract insights and contribute to data-driven strategies for enhancing behavioral healthcare outcomes.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Lead the QA team to implement robust quality assurance processes and best practices as part of our data engine team.
  • Ensure that data quality features meet the specified standards and requirements through effective testing and validation.

7. Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for data quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Behavioral Health Informatics).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in data, healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong background in data science, data analytics, data engineering, and/or data quality, with a deep understanding of healthcare data.
  • Knowledge of data regulatory compliance in US healthcare sector.
  • Preferred: Experience in data analytics and/or data visualization
  • Preferred: Experience with OMOP Common Data Model (OHDSI)
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
